I found the information, support and help that I was provided spot on. I purchased my first house in 2004 for £36,000 after getting advice from NLC on buying in regeneration areas and have now seen the property double in value. I have used the equity in the house to pay for a deposit on two more properties. I am now the landlady of 3 properties in 1 and ½ years. J. Barton
The landlords toolkit/property guide has a no nonsense approach and covers everything that a new landlord could need. The tenancy agreements and other landlord documents were especially welcomed. D. Whitfield
I was very nervous about taking the plunge into becoming a landlord and felt it was a risky venture. I received telephone advice and finally bought a second property, a flat. The flat has seen a relatively healthy increase in value and the tenant covers my mortgage payments and leaves me with a small profit left over. I am currently looking into purchasing my next property.

Good advice provided over a couple of hours, very useful. I now know what steps I need to take to get my second property. Carlo Raffo (Author of Business Studies, A-Level, Hall, Jones & Raffo)
I got a copy of the landlords toolkit just being nosey. I really liked it, a practical and no nonsense guide to buying and letting out properties. A very interesting read. T.Langston
