I found the information, support and help that I was provided spot on. I purchased my first house in 2004 for £36,000 after getting advice from NLC on buying in regeneration areas and have now seen the property double in value. I have used the equity in the house to pay for a deposit on two more properties. I am now the landlady of 3 properties in 1 and ½ years.
