Level 2 Service (£20) – Purchase of the landlord’s toolkit

The toolkit is a 43 page property guide containing information and standard landlord documentation, such as Tenancy Agreements. The toolkit contains everything that new landlords need. See information under Benefits & Services 1 for a breakdown of the toolkit contents.

Level 3 Service (£40 per annum) – Telephone advice line and email support facility
 |
This service is invaluable during the first 12 months of buying and renting out a property. We know new landlords need most advice and support during the first few months of letting out a property and during the last month when the tenancy agreement ends. Expert help is available from landlord to landlord through the telephone advice line Monday – Friday 9.00 – 17.00 or through the email facility 24 hours a day. NLC aims to answer all landlord queries within 24 hours.
This is available for £40 per annum.

Level 4 Service (£60) – Full membership
 |
For full membership you will receive all of the standard landlord documentation needed for letting out properties, the landlord’s toolkit containing essential information on buying and letting properties, use of the telephone advice line and email support facility for 12 months and a bi monthly newsletter.
